At we’re committed to working with our customers to ensure our products perform according to manufacturer’s specifications. 

If you have received a defective item, you may return it during the first 30 days of your order date.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: Refunding your money, replacing the original item OR offering a store credit in your account.

Please contact or 1-800-921-1266 to obtain approval for your exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number.

Items must be returned in clean, untampered condition. Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.

Non-Defective Returns: Any returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all non-product related fees (shipping) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the personal nature of our products we NEVER restock any returned item for resale so our customers have the peace of mind knowing that any adult sex toy you have received from us have never been sold to another customer. 

How to request a return:


  1. Click 'My Account' on the top of any page.
  2. Click on 'View Order History, Status and/or Request a Return'.
  3. Click on the Order Number containing the item(s) you'd like to return.
  4. Click 'Return Request' on the Order Details page and follow the instructions.
  5. Customer Service will send you an Approved or Denied notice with return instructions within two (2) business days.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.

Only returns that meet these guidelines will be eligible for credit, replacement or exchange.

The processing of returns may take up to two (2)  business days from the time your return is received.

  • Due to health and safety issues, all returned items must be clean and in its original, untampered condition with undamaged packaging.
  • All items must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • Only products submitted with a pre-approved return authorization will be accepted.

Due to the ease of duplication, video tapes are not returnable once the seal is broken. In the case of a defective video tape, we will reship one of the same title once we receive the defective tape.

Shipping and handling fees will be refunded on defective products, and your credit card will be credited at the time your Return is approved, unless an exchange is requested.
