Anal Sex Lubricants
Anal sex doesn't have to hurt! One of the primary reasons people experience discomfort during anal penetration is a lack of quality lubrication. Before engaging in any type of anal play, (whether it be intercourse or sex toys), always apply a liberal amount of anal lubricant beforehand to reduce friction and protect the sensitive lining of the rectum.
Starting with a well-lubricated finger or a slim anal dildo is a great way to relax the anal muscles and warm up for penetration. Using alternate products for lubrication: such as saliva which dries quickly, is not recommended for anal sex, nor are household products like baby oil or Crisco which are difficult to clean and can break down latex condoms and sex toys.
