WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN IN?

It's all about your security. Signing in on our site makes shopping safer for you and protects you from unknown users. Also, once you are signed in, you have quick access to all of your account information, which makes for a speedier checkout.

WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND A PASSWORD?

Once you complete your order, we'll send you an email confirming we've received your order. Your password keeps your information safe from others - especially if you are sharing a computer. We will never sell, rent, trade or give your name or other personally-identifiable information to any other company or organization.

I ALREADY SIGNED IN ONCE, WHY DO I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN?

If your account is inactive for a certain amount of time, we ask that you sign in again. This is just a small security precaution we like to take just in case it isn't you coming back to the computer.

MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Updating your email address with TabuToys is quick and easy. Just click "MY ACCOUNT/SIGN IN" and be sure to use your old email address and password when prompted to sign in

WHAT DOES 'RECALCULATE' DO?

When you change the quantity of your item in the Shopping Bag, this button recalculates the price shown. You don't have to use this button unless you make changes on the Shopping Bag page.

WHAT'S AN ADDRESS NICKNAME?

This is part of our address book feature. It's mainly used so you can recognize addresses you save in your address book, like "Home" or "Office".

WHY DO YOU NEED A BILLING ADDRESS?

It's a security measure. Credit card companies require us to confirm that your billing address is the same as the address for the credit card.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Click on "Add a New Address" and enter the new address into your address book. You'll be sent back to the billing page and will see your new choice. Click on that selection's radio button to select that address.

Shipping Questions

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders placed on business days, Monday through Friday, by 12:00 PM (Noon CST) will be shipped the same business day, all other orders are shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
  • Holidays and weekends are not counted as "business days."
 

After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our location, orders shipped Standard Delivery will arrive within seven to ten business days, orders shipped Next Business Day will arrive the next business day and orders shipped 2nd Business Day Express will arrive within two business days. WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY 'BUSINESS DAY'?

Business days are Monday-Friday. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products are shipped via Federal Express and USPS in the continental United States.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship to the continental U.S. and its territories. To ship outside of the United States please call 800-921-1266, Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) to place your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

All orders shipped to P.O.Boxes will be shipped USPS. Please note that while USPS Priority will try, they will not guarantee next business day delivery. If you require guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery or 2nd Business Day Delivery, please provide us with a street address so that we may ship your order with Federal Express.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED?

If you act fast! We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so if there is a change, please quickly contact us by calling 800-921-1266, Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) or by using our Contact Us form. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 800-921-1266 Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) or by using our Contact Us form. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed. For the best possible service, include your daytime telephone number in case there are any issues concerning your order.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I DON'T WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD. CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS BY CHECK?

We do not accept personal checks, but you may choose to pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check…or you may call 800-921-1266 and place your order by phone.
