Shipping Questions

We make every effort to make it easy and convenient to shop online at tabutoys.com. If you can't find an answer to your question listed below, feel free to drop us a line and we'll get an answer for you as soon as we can!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed on business days, Monday through Friday, by 12:00 PM (Noon CST) will be shipped the same business day, all other orders are shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.

Holidays and weekends are not counted as "business days."

After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our location, orders shipped Standard Delivery will arrive within seven to ten business days, orders shipped Next Business Day will arrive the next business day and orders shipped 2nd Business Day Express will arrive within two business days. WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY 'BUSINESS DAY'?

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products are shipped via Federal Express and USPS in the continental United States.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship to the continental U.S. and its territories. To ship outside of the United States please call 800-921-1266, Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) to place your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

All orders shipped to P.O.Boxes will be shipped USPS. Please note that while USPS Priority will try, they will not guarantee next business day delivery. If you require guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery or 2nd Business Day Delivery, please provide us with a street address so that we may ship your order with Federal Express.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED?

If you act fast! We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so if there is a change, please quickly Contact Us by calling 800-921-1266, Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) or by using our Contact Us form. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 800-921-1266 Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM (CST) or by using our Contact Us form. Once orders have been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
